Sold as seen, Has been checked for any tears or holes (one previous repair, will upload a photo just need to get it back out) Has been used so has some marks on the tent and guy ropes, but overall great clean condition. Comes with built in ground sheet plus additional foot print ground sheet, pods attached inside to sleep 8, tent pegs and poles repair kit and peg puller. Also comes with and additional awning that attaches across the top of the tent to a door way either side of the tent. Happy to pop up in the garden for serious buyers. Can post but no returns.
